A finca in minorca

Imagine an old 19th-century finca set in the middle of a 130-hectare estate of olive and pine trees, with the sea as a background. It was on the island of Menorca that this completely ecological project came into being in March 2023, much to the delight of its guests. Stone, raw materials and numerous works of art dominate the decor. In the kitchen, nothing but fresh produce from the estate's huge vegetable garden. Breakfast is particularly enjoyable, served in the superb kitchen or on the terrace with homemade yoghurts and cakes. You can even make your own detox juices from the baskets of fruit and vegetables coming straight out of the garden. With just 15 rooms, you'll be welcomed as if in a family house, with plenty of opportunities to chat with other guests. The hotel offers many activities to enjoy in communion with nature: gong bath, pottery workshop, stargazing, running through the estate and yoga on a huge wooden platform in the middle of the forest with a view of the sea.
